Every once in a while, you rebuild! It can be frustrating and surprising. It can also be inspiring and a fresh start. Usually, it lands on the spectrum somewhere in between.

Today, we have a rebuilt Support team including Finance and Accounting and HR and more, which our CFO is leading. Tara in the Controller seat and Emmanuella in the administration role. More on these two amazings!

We always tell recruits that we differ from a typical firm in many ways, including our support and reduction of administrative tasks. With a hefty team like this, our dollars match our words!!!

Tara is our Controller and full-time, and Emmanuella is our Administrator (and full-time), helping with HR, Shared Services, and accounting. With 2.5 FTE, the expectations are high, and we’ve got the team it takes to overdeliver!

Emmanuella is a rare find who applied online! We are thrilled she did. Her diverse background and openness to learning and taking on variety are key to this newly introduced role. Under her umbrella? Book-keeping, HR, office administrator and other support services assist. It’s broad, and she is ready. Her energy and smile are a great addition; we know we can trust her to give us grace and be generous with her help. That’s so key in these roles.

Emmanuella knows that when she helps us, she helps clients. And when we help clients, we help the economic driver of our community. It’s not easy, but it matters. And what we all do, especially Emmanuella, matters too!

Tara is not new to us, nor are the demands of working with Jamie, Jesse, a team of Accountants, or in Support for Amplifiers! She has been a part of our purpose and supported us in what we do in the community and for clients. Her new role does this differently and with impact.

We love boomerangs, and she’s the best of them! She has seen the worst of us. She’s been on former executive teams with us. She helped build our foundation and who we are.

While she was gone, she returned to full-time accounting. We convinced her to do it with us, so she left a Controller role to join us and become ours again. She’s home! And we love it!

It’s no secret that we hope to persuade her back to leadership, too! Tara is a great leader, CPA and addition back to the team. While we’ve grown a lot and changed some, she hit the ground running. Much stays the same? Her NetSuite experience was instrumental in adding value immediately. Her relationship with Jesse and Paul was too. This is the third time Jamie has worked with her. We are humbled she trusted us and returned, and we are all incredibly grateful and excited, too. Her intuition is indisputable, and when we leverage it and her talent, we amplify.

These two are going to shine! Paul outdid himself in hiring and rebuilding. We can’t wait to see their achievement dwarf our expectations! It’s going to set a high bar! And how appropriate is it to be a gold-standard team when you sell financial strategy?

Besides the great work they have already started to do, these two ladies are mothers and wives and have stories to tell. Conversation with them leaves you curious, surprised, learning, and smiling! I’ve known this for 10+ years with Tara. And I see it twice a week when Emmanuella comes downtown.

They are married to Finance Leaders, meaning they spend their days, evenings, and weekends with too many CPAs. Tara has two amazing boys – she’s outnumbered! And Emmanuella has three children keeping her on her toes. There’s a saying if you want something done – give it to the busiest person. If you want something done well and right away – give it to the mom. Neither of these ladies helps that stereotype!!

Welcome, Emmanuella and Tara!

The synergy of our Recruiting team finding us the candidates that are the best fit for our values and our Finance Leader services is one that can’t be underestimated.

We are a challenging client for the Recruiters but they step up to our high expectations every time.
