Transforming Client Experience and Fueling Growth

Wow! What has been done! Our former Experience Manager (who wore a few hats at the same time), Paul (Director of Finance Leader Services) was quick to say that Kaylee has transformed this role and made it her own super fast.

Everyone is blown away.

We are excited to have her in the role of Experience Manager and AmplifyTech Growth Consultant, responsible for overseeing our ​emerging ERPs​ (​NetSuite​ and ​Acumatica​).

Experience Manager

Our North Star is Client Experience and Kaylee is filling the role of Experience Manager. This job is a Client Experience centric account manager or client service manager role and she’s helping develop it and make it her own.

In the early days, we had CFOs and Founders in the role. That served the purpose, but was very much a ‘side of desk’ gig which was a misalignment with our North Star!

Next, as noted, we assigned the role to Paul, but with all of our controllers reporting to him, and most of our CFOs too, still working as a Fractional CFO for his own client and the incredible growth our Finance Leaders services has seen, it was really nothing more than a side gig for him, either. Unrealistic expectations aren’t unusual in small businesses, and Amplify suffers just as much as anyone with this dilemma.

As Tyler moved out of his FTE role in Business Development and Growth, we took advantage of his relationships with our clients and had him fill the gap for an interim basis as Fractional Experience Manager. We are proud to have given him the chance to continue employment, while he launched his own business and it was a great way to help him, fill the role and deliver Client Experience.

With the new year comes new beginnings and its been overdue and exciting. Clients are better served and we can see areas to add more value through the work that Kaylee does.

Kaylee is an important member of our Growth team, and you may have seen some of the output that we’ve managed with her contributions. This year, we’ve done some exciting email campaigns. We have just wrapped up the free implementation campaign, we are launching new ideas, and so much more.

Kaylee’s making a difference in business development and sales which allows us to get out in front of more Growth businesses.

Kaylee brings a passion for automation, a quick learning ability, a ‘hunger’ and our values to both the roles she’s holding. We are all inspired thus far.

Besides Amplify

Kaylee is in the Edmonton area. We met her because we seem to love hiring ladies from Bonnyville (we have 3!). She’s a friend of Alexa (Recruiting Consultant) and was known to Jodi (Operations Manager).

Kaylee is a wife and is running after him, three dogs and a cat when she’s not amplifying.
